Carbonated soft drinks, fruit juices and nectars as well as fruit-flavoured drinks are prepared, settled and readied for filling in the proper hygienic tanks. Using the latest technology and obeying international norms, we offer custom designed Syrup Preparation and CIP systems such as:
- Hot and Cold sugar dissolving systems
- Option to use granulated sugar or liquid sugar

- Systems compatible with Hot and Cold filling of fruit juices
- Piping system using change-over panels for more operational convenience and flexibility

Carbonated Soft Drinks
The syrup is prepared according to the production parameters like amount of granulated sugar, deaerated water, granulated or liquid concentrated fruit aroma as well as natural or chemical conservators.

Fruit Juice Hot Filling
The system is used for pasteurizing the fruit juice and preparing it for hot filling at 85-90°C. The syrup is prepared according to the production parameters like amount of granulated sugar, deaerated water, granulated or liquid concentrated fruit aroma as well as natural or chemical conservators.
