ULTRABLOCK Filling Machine

ULTRABLOCK Filling Machine

Rinsing, Pressure Filling and Capping Machine

Basic specifications:
Ultrablock pressure filling machines are designed for bottling of carbonated soft drinks, beer and sparkling water in either pet or glass bottles ranging from 0,2l up to 2,5l. Still water, fruit juice and other non-carbonated liquids can also be filled by pressuring the according tank by sterile air, CO2 or nitrogen.

All machine parts in close contact with the final product are produced from AISI 304 (on request AISI 316) and food industry hygiene conform high quality stainless steel. Two-stage filling technique minimizes the foaming and optimizes the filling even while using bottles with slim bottlenecks. Valves are electro-pneumatically controlled and the closed loop CIP (Clean In Place) provides maximum possible hygiene.

Working principle:
Bottles are centered and aligned to the valves, then pushed by a piston to the inlet piece and finally to the filling valve. This way the enclosed volume needed for the filling is created. The CO2 within the tank expands into the empty bottle compensating the pressure inside the both and thus starting the filling phase. The level of the filling liquid reaches the gas needles endpoint so that the gas inside the bottle can’t leak any more. At that point the filling is complete and the filling valve is closed.

Next step is defined as Settling and Snifting, which is stabilized by using electro-pneumatically controlled filling valves.

Filling only or Rinsing, Filling and Capping monoblock versions are possible according the customer’s preference and needs.
