Fruit Juice Hot Filling Machine

Rinsing, Hot Filling and Capping machine is used for filling fruit nectar and juice, ice tea and fruit-flavored soft drinks in pet or glass bottles ranging from 0.2l up to 2l.

While filling the fruit juices at the pasteurization temperature (up to 90°C) the freshness of the products is preserved without applying any kind of synthetic admixtures. During the electro-pneumatically controlled hot filling, special valves ensure a circulation between the valve and the pasteurizer to avoid the liquid becoming cold.

At each stage of the process full automatic temperature control is performed. For cold filling products there is a simpler version of the machine using simple valves with no temperature control.

Different configurations of the machine are possible starting from 12 up to 100 valves reaching a maximum capacity of up to 48.000 bottles/hour.
