Wine Filling Machine

This type of Rinsing, Filling and Capping machine is designed for bottling non-carbonated drinks and liquids in glass bottles ranging from 0.33l up to 2l.

Rinsing System
Bottles are rotated by 180° and compressed sterile water rinsing is performed.

Filling System
Glass bottles are filled using a vacuum technique, which absorbs the air out of the bottle as soon as the bottle meets the filling valve.

Capping System
Screw, cork and plastic capping is possible and performed automatically.
