Basic specifications:
Contactless filling provides high degree of microbiological security and maximum hygiene. Separate Flowmeter is used for each bottle thus optimizing the filling precision. All machine parts in touch with the liquid product are made of AISI 304 (on request AISI 316) conform stainless steel and food norms compatible materials.
Two stage filling speed ensures minimum liquid foaming and provides optimal filling even on narrow-neck bottles. The valves are controlled by an electro-pneumatic system. The CIP (Clean In Place) system ensures maximum hygiene for the final product.
Working principle:
Bottles are centered and aligned to the valves while the Flowmeter is ready to measure the liquid flow. The filling system is continuously controlled by the PLC in order to optimize the tolerance of the measurement. While switching to another bottle format or liquid product all the filling parameters can be activated and changed easily in the PLC allowing prior programming and saving. Plastic, glass and canister type of containers are supported.
Filling only or Rinsing, Filling and Capping monoblock versions are possible according the customer’s preference and needs.
