Flow Control Oil Filling Machine

This type of Rinsing, Filling and Capping machine is designed for bottling oil and high brix liquids in pet or glass bottles ranging from 0.33l up to 2l. Additional support for 5l canister and jars can be provided as well.

Rinsing System
Bottles are rotated by 180° and depending on the specific requirements compressed sterile air or hydrogen rinsing is performed.

Filling System
Pet and glass bottles are filled using a vacuum technique, which absorbs the air out of the bottle as soon as the bottle meets the filling valve. The latest technology Flowmeter Electronic measures the volume of the liquid to be filled. This Flowmeter supported design allows for a fully automated filling and a high degree of hygiene.

Capping System
Twist and screw capping is possible and performed automatically.
