Turnip Juice Filling Machine

This type of Rinsing, Filling and Capping machine is designed for bottling non-carbonated soft drinks and liquids in pet or glass bottles ranging from 0.33l up to 2l.

Rinsing System
Bottles are rotated by 180° and depending on the specific requirements compressed sterile air, sterile water or hydrogen rinsing is performed.

Filling System
Pet and glass bottles are filled using a vacuum technique, which absorbs the air out of the bottle as soon as the bottle meets the filling valve. The filling itself is flow controlled and ensures +- 1gram precision. The biggest advantage of this technique is that bottle and filling valve do not touch at all and thus a high grade of hygiene is achieved.

Capping System
There are two different types of capping to be used, screw and cork capping.
