Filling Machines

Filling Machines

Filling Machines generally consist of a Rinsing, Filling and Closing units mostly merged to a monoblock construction. While rinsing the bottles or containers are filled with water, sterile air, nitrogen or another fluid depending on the requirements for the specific product. Depending on the density of the product to be filled there are several different approaches and filling techniques.

Vacuum system
After the bottle reaches the valve the air is absorbed out of the bottle to speed up the filling of the liquid.

Hot filling
The liquid is heated up to 85-90°C prior filling in the desired container.

Weight control system
The weight of the product is controlled while filling achieving an accuracy of +- 1gram.

Flow control system
Flowmeter controlled hygienic filling with container not touching the valve at all and an accuracy of +- 1gram.

Carbonated filling
Electro-pneumatically controlled pressure filling of carbonated soft drinks, sparkling water and beer using CO2.

Volumetric filling
Developed for filling low viscosity liquids such as oil, shampoo and liquid soap into plastic or glass bottles.
